Nairoby Otero is an actress, writer, producer, speaker and proud first-generation Cuban-American. Critics, blogs, magazines and newspapers have all praised her work, describing her as, “...an absolute delight…” and “...a true theater star.”
Otero is the founder of YOLO! Productions, a production company that aims to enhance the visibility of women on stage, tv and film. Since the beginning, YOLO!—specifically Nairoby—have gotten raves and laudates for not only acting but serving women in the arts.
Recently, Nairoby was seen in the west coast premiere of her one-woman show 'Til Sunday as part of the Hollywood Fringe.
Nairoby has performed in ensemble theater and film from regional to Off-Broadway’s own Cherry Lane Theatre.
Nairoby moved to New York City after high school to pursue her career in acting. She attended the prestigious Marymount Manhattan College earning her degree in Theatre Performance.
Her hometown is New Orleans, LA and she imbues her work with the commitment and strength she learned growing up there. Much like her native city, Nairoby is playful yet serious, comedic yet dramatic, all with a touch of Louisiana charm.
